The City Mini is an ordinary full-size stroller. It's notable because it is light and compact. It also does well across all categories, though it's not as well as some of the other models because of a poorly placed windows and storage that's a bit blocked.
This is a great stroller for families that require something to get them through their everyday and occasionally adventures. It has a wide footrest that is cushioned. This will make it comfortable for little ones. The seat reclines to a flat position, but we found it a bit tricky to do and took two hands. The adjustable calf support is a nice feature and will allow your child to kick up their feet if they're tired.
Like many of the other strollers we have reviewed, the City Mini has a huge canopy that is UV50 and which parents rave about. The sun shade is designed elegantly and can be pulled all the way down. This is great as it will protect your child from sun without the need to constantly put the shade back in place.
The City Mini can be easily transformed into a double-stroller by attaching an add-on kit. This will give you the more info possibility of using any Baby Jogger car seat and creating an entire travel system from the beginning. The only drawback is the fact that adding a second seat to the stroller alters its look and feel. Some parents may be unable to manage this once they become accustomed to it.
The City Mini GT Double Stroller is another alternative to the City Mini. This model is slightly more expensive than the single City Mini but it does include additional features, including "forever air" rubber tyres and suspension which makes it suitable for off-roading. It has a movable handlebar and parking brakes that is operated by hand and a more streamlined design than the standard City Mini.
